State Day

State Day is where the ADPi's in Arizona get together in Phoenix to celebrate the foundation of Alpha Delta Pi and to initiate the senior members into their Alumnae status.

Adults applying for jobs just touches my heart.

We are hiring a new maintenance guy right now, and watching these guys come in desparately searching for work just kills me.

I assume they all probably have families at home, that they're trying to provide for. and it hurts my heart.

Especially because one of the guys I scheduled told me he should be able to make the time but he had 2 other jobs so he would let us know if the time conflicted. What?! I mean, I am a full understander of working 2 jobs, but gah. It just hearts the heart.

Easter on the Lake

Since we couldn't go to the lake on my birthday, we decided to do it on Jesus' birthday.

We had a blast!

I am so grateful for a wonderful family, and a fantastic second family.

Wrapping up Senior Week- the banquet

Senior Week wrapped up with a beautiful banquet for the seniors that featured a slide show of us as younger kids and we also got our senior rings (silver bands that have "we live for each other" engraved on the inside).

Senior Week- Armitage night

Wednesday was Armitage night, and I had a blast.

My Birthday

My actual birthday was wonderful, but I think all of the pictures are on my moms camera.

Dustin and I went home to visit my family, which was lovely, as per usual.

We all went out bowling and then had dinner at my house afterward. I love time with the family. I'm a very blessed girl.

Lastly, Dustin and I stopped by the Clarkson home for some pizookies. = yummy in a weird way.

It was a fabulous day.

The start of Senior Week

We started the week off my serving breakfast at the Ronald McDonald House.
