its been a while

Oh my it's been a while since I have been able to write! Almost a month.

Well... I am going to go in order of what has been going on since then, its just going to be the sped up version, and I'll put in pictures later.

Uncle Eric passed away on March 6th. Eeek that was hard. Ironic that it was one month until his 55th birthday. Im going to come up with a tribute blog post in the future, but I don't have the time to dedicate to that right now.

That same day was Kierens Bachelorette party. It was freaking awesome! I had a blast with the girls! Nicki and I made some awesome bruchetta, we all got to drink out of penis straws, take Kier and her little dirty mind around Fasinations, dance it up at a fun club/bar place, and much more. I'm so happy for her, and maybe a little jealous too :)

Spring Break was a roller coaster of emotions. That Saturday was Uncle Erics memorial service, which I got to help plan, which was nice. We had the ceremony at Calvary- Grandfather, Brandon, Marcia, and I spoke. It was absolutely precious getting to see Brandon and Grandfather speak, I never see them that emotional. Then I cried through my entire speech, which in turn made my family cry (obviously mom) but surprisingly Grandfather too. Wow. Then we went to our house for a kegger (because thats how Uncle Eric would have wanted it- although almost no one drank). It was so nice to spend time with family and friends (especially Marcia and Bo, whom I love but don't see nearly enough).

THEN, I hopped in the car with Dustin, Nicki, and Julie, to head off to Kierens wedding. It was at the most beautiful place in Globe- decorated way too cute. Kieren looked STUNNING. absolutely amazing. It was so exciting to be there for her on such a big day. Dustin and I got to dance at the wedding, and we shared how we both were thinking about what it will be like on our special day.
:)

The next day the family (Dustin included as my mom says), went to the Renaissance Festival. AWESOME. Dustin was IN the Wyld Man show, which was hilarious, and we just had a great day checking everything out, spending time with my family, you know. :)

Still adding more pictures...
Then Dustin and I headed off to California for a few days of snowboarding, beach, hanging out with his family and friends (whom I LOVE), and much more. I absolutely love California and I believe is where I want to go to grad school, officially.

I came back to Phoenix and helped my family move everything out of Uncle Erics house. Eeek. But it got done pretty quick (now we just have to deal with all the stuff we moved out of his apartment and into our garage).

Dragon Ball was the next weekend, always love getting dressed up with the boy. Plus I get to spend time with all the Beta girlfriends, whom I love. Its nice when it works out like that. But it's also weird that I keep seeing so many of them come and go.

Then came, MY BIRTHDAY. It started with my power hour at midnight on the 3rd (which is really 2 hours because of the time bars close). Some of my sisters, other good friends, and my close friends through Dustin were there, which was awesome. I had 14 drinks in those 2 hours, ouch. I did really well, until a few hours into bed time, when I threw up. And commenced to do so (or dry heave) until 6pm the next day.

Birthday- Dustin drove us up to Phoenix, I hit the couch while he and Brandon went to get my NEW CAR!!! That night Mark, Nicky, Kayla, Kieren, and Amanda joined my family (Dustin included) for dinner at our house. It was delicious, until I burned the pinwheel steaks while showing off my new car. I got some pretty ridiculous gifts, including diamond earrings. :) That night we (now minus Amanda, Kieren, and Brandon) went to the Toby Keith bar. also awesome. Jules and her brother met us up there and we had a blast. I rode a bull, it was awesome, and mechanical. Unfortunately I still wasn't feeling well and ended up being the DD. hahaha

feeling better.
