lazy weekend

Dustin was out of town this weekend, as was Julie, so I decided to have a lazy weekend.

Friday I worked with TEAM and then went out with some of my Beta friends- blasty and a half. The only picture I ended up taking was of this flip down screen in our SUV cab, that blasted music- it felt very vegas like.

Then Saturday I studied for GRE, did some self pampering like deep conditioning and painting my nails, watched friends, and did some crafts. I finally finished my freshman and sophomore years of scrapbooking, and now Im ready to start Junior year.

My favorite belly button ring was trashed, and since Im on a nothing budget, I decided to fix it up myself.

Before: paint SUPER faded, chips on the tips, just not as cute as it used to be

After: I wish this had turned out better- I used a more vibrant color (nail polish)

and then topped it off with some sparkley polish (which you can kinda see)

End result: not the best picture to see the ring, but Im happy with how it turned out

This week is the GRE. Finally! I've been studying again today, but it's getting harder and harder for me to buckle down and do it. Flash cards will probably take up the rest of my studying, along with reviewing the little pocket reference math section.

This week Im also working a pretty good amount (nothing compared to the 8 hours I put in from 7:30pm to 3:30am at Bath and Body last week), both with B&B and with TEAM enterprises. Then on Friday Dustin and I are going up to Phoenix to spend Fathers Day weekend with my family! Exciting!
