ADPi Parents Weekend, Alum Style

As an alum, I am missing a little space in my heart, which was filled with collegiate ADPi love. And it has definitely been the hardest part of graduating.

So I jumped at the opportunity to come down to Tucson, and Parents Weekend? Why not.

Bet you didn't know

I'm a bit of a prankster.

Some of my most memorable pranks include peeing in a cup and making a faux olive out of a grape and placing it in a toilet filled with ice (circe 200and5ish? with Nicki and Sarah).

It would also include putting this sign on the adpi microwave. Please note that no one actually did this. But the reactions to the sign was probs the best thing in existence.

Recruitment 2011

I'm off to Alpha Delta Pi's Recruitment Alumnae Day tomorrow, and couldn't be more excited. I have been missing my sisters like CRAZY over the past few days while they have been in spirit week, so I wanted to pass along this little tid bit.

Looking for your home away from home? Alpha Delta Pi is where it is at. When I think about college and my experience at the University of Arizona, Dustin and Alpha Delta Pi are my only memories [when you find the loves of your life in college it drowns out all the classes and smaller club memories]. And most of the time those two are very closely linked.

So if you're going through recruitment in just a few days keep this in mind....

State Day

State Day is where the ADPi's in Arizona get together in Phoenix to celebrate the foundation of Alpha Delta Pi and to initiate the senior members into their Alumnae status.

Then we decided to surprise Kieren at her house, but she wasn't there. So the package of post-its in my purse was the only option.

Wrapping up Senior Week- the banquet

Senior Week wrapped up with a beautiful banquet for the seniors that featured a slide show of us as younger kids and we also got our senior rings (silver bands that have "we live for each other" engraved on the inside).
