just shy of 3 months.

Hey all,

I am sorry to say, but it's been 3 months since I've posted last. 3 months. Which is mostly like 4 months, since really I didn't post in November.

On the bright side, I haven't had time to blog because my Real Estate career has taken off. On the down side, I definitely miss blogging.

So lets see if we can keep this short and sweet. Here are the 1st two months I missed.

In celebration of wearing my Grinch Who Stole Christmas boxers, I've got a little something for you.

Look familiar?

So the answer to your question is yes, I actually saw the Grinch driving in Phoenix today.

Christmas Break Continued

Christmas day is always fabulous.

I am thankful that God sent Jesus to give us a human connection to Him, to show us what humanity is really about, and to save us from our sins.

We celebrated the day with Christmas gifts, and a wonderful dinner.
favorite gift- a new sewing machine to get my craft on.

The next day we celebrated Christmas with more friends and family (+Dustin got into town). I threw a Christmas left-overs party and it was so nice to have the ones I love in one place. Plus, I love throwing a party or two. Ironically I only have one picture from the party.

winter break recap

So I blogged all the time over the break... but Im now realizing I didn't blog about what I actually did yet!

Here we go.

You saw how wonderful Disneyland was, and it pretty much rained the rest of the time I was there. I spent time with Dustin, our friends (his high school friends) and his family a lot of the time. His sisters took me to get a Christmas pedicure and we took his cousins to Balboa Park.
dinner on the ocean (pretty much) with a view of the downtown San Diego skyline
hit or miss- spin the spinner for a color and that bean either tastes delicious or will make you want to die. chocolate pudding or dog food... surprise!
my bomb tower that the staff took a picture of because it was awesome. im just saying.
Dustin and Carsons tower... aka Dustins work
Nick, Dustin, myself and Carson- I just love Balboa Park

After some great times there I left for Christmas Eve at the Johnsons. Christmas church service then party time!

30 day photo challenge: Day 17

Day 17 - A picture of something that has made a huge impact on your life recently

Recently? Huge impact? No idea.

My 4.0 is very important to me. It's been something I've been striving for for-ever and I'm so happy to have it.

But the most recent thing that has had a huge impact on my life has been my uncles death.
This Christmas season has been really rough. My brother took over his tradition of wrapping our gifts in the funnies from the newspaper, but it doesn't make up for him not being with us.

At least physically.

I know he is with me all the time.

Love you.

day seventeen.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone.

Remember the reason, happy birthday Jesus.

:)

30 day photo challenge: Day 15

Day 15 - A picture of something you want to do before you die

Before I die, I would like to visit New York City, again.

I would love to go over the summer to experience it when it isn't freezing, and I'd also love to go during Christmas time.

Some stops on my trip: Central Park for a picnic, and the Empire State Building for some sights, and a boat ride around the coast would be awesome.

day fifteen.

The start of Christmas time vacations

On Thursday we (Nicki, Dustin, and I) left for California. We were most excited because Friday = Disneyland!

SO we got into San Diego around 11pm and then we went straight to bed.

DISNEYLAND. obviously the happiest place on earth.

the end of the day. :)

It rained the whole day, which sucked, but it kept the lines short and us in sexy parkas. It was such a great start to Christmas break, and we had a blast. Super sad Kieren couldn't be there, next time. :(

Great times with people I love is the perfect start to this fabulous Christmas season. :)
